I Started Cleaning Pools. Now I Remodel Them.
I got into the pool industry in 2013 — tried something new and realized pretty quickly that I genuinely enjoyed the work. I spent years building a weekly service route, learning pools from the inside out. When I was let go from my job, I made a decision: instead of looking for another position, I was going to build something of my own. That's where FNS Pool Service and Repairs, LLC came from — established in 2016.
Before I ever touched a remodel, I spent years learning pools from the ground up — cleaning them, testing chemicals, diagnosing equipment issues, and listening to what homeowners actually needed. I grew a weekly service route to nearly 250 customers. That experience taught me something most remodelers don't have: I understand how a pool actually lives and breathes day to day. That changes how I approach every project.
When it was time to make the transition into remodeling and repairs, I felt ready. Not just technically — but in terms of understanding what pool owners go through when they deal with contractors who don't communicate, cut corners, or treat a job like just another ticket. I've seen every version of that, and I decided to do it differently.
